I disagree Need. When 2 or more healers of the same class are assigned to the same healing job in a raid, they better well perform equally (within 1% of each other on the meter) (given that both stay alive for the entire fight / aren't stunned / teleported away /etc) or else one of them needs to play better.

You can also look into spell usage, spell breakdown (healer X doesn't use prayer of mending enough, QQ), the correlation between spamming chain heals and needing innervates .. :p

That said, saying "I topped the meter" doesn't mean anything, cause it doesn't supply us with the necessary information to do any analysis with.

You haven't disagreed with me at all there Comparing people with the exact same jobs is not a bad way to measure them, but on a LK10 fight, I'm guessing there's only 1 ful time main tank healer, with the other 2 mostly focusing on raid/offtank/offhealing maintank (I don't really know about those heal assignments )

Looking into the correct use of spells and breakdowns is also good, the correct use OF things like that.

Well the reason for my spec is, my friend who is one of the best paladin healers on the server said "There is no point using the hardmode spec when your not doing hardmodes" (I was guildless at the time) But I will change it if needed.

The reason for using Libram of Veracity I was healing The Dreamwalker and I forgot I still had it on, now I put my Libram of Renewal on. I also sorted out my head/shoulder enchants to the ones needonboots said.
